I have over 6-years’ experience working in fitness, and have participated in Half-Marathons, Triathlon, CrossFit and masters swimming. I have spent the last 3 years focusing on weight training and strength development.
My main passion is building women’s confidence to train strength; coaching and encouraging my clients so they can approach the weights area confidently and technically skilled.

Bespoke 121 Personal Training, specific to your individual needs and wants. Sessions last 60 minutes and include your additional programming through TrueCoach.
You will also be required to complete weekly questionnaires to track progress and promote adherence.
4, 8 or 12 week Programming
1, 2 or 3 month online packages - dependant on your goals. We would have a call prior to this to gather everything we need to be successful.
